My name is Kia and I live in Brooklyn, New York. I enjoy eating, traveling, cooking, technology and home improvement. I thought I’d join the legions of food bloggers in NYC and offer a pleasure-based account of things I enjoy in the city and on my travel adventures. I like to focus on dishes and restaurants that use local and sustainable produce and livestock, and I love to write about things I make from my Park Slope Food Coop loot.

Alas, I am also of Filipino descent and our disregard for mindful eating is well-documented.
