A Birthday Dinner

For someone’s birthday I cooked a multi-course meal.

With table settings.

Appetizers.

Figs, cheeses, crackers, olives.

Caviar crostini with quail eggs.

Figsssss…

Eggs on eggs on eggs.

French onion soup – stuffed cremini mushrooms.

Seared scallop in cauliflower soup.

Red wine braised beef short ribs, purple potatoes, roasted pear and gooseberries.

Beets over boston lettuce.

Leche flan with a mint leaf.

Red velvet cake.
Happy 44th to my sweetheart. :o)
